Order Processing & Dispatch:
At Al-Raufaq, we process and dispatch confirmed orders within 6 to 7 working days. Once dispatched, delivery typically takes 2 to 3 working days, depending on your location. Delays may occur in case of unforeseen events such as bad weather, law and order issues, or remote area deliveries.
For international orders, Al-Raufaq will confirm your address and provide an estimated delivery time based on your chosen shipping method (standard or express).

Al-Raufaq delivers orders via trusted courier services. A flat delivery fee of PKR 200 applies nationwide. If your order does not arrive within a week, please contact us for assistance. -
International Orders:
Shipping charges vary depending on the destination and selected service. Al-Raufaq offers both standard and express options. For detailed international shipping costs, please reach out to us.
Payment Methods:
To make your shopping experience easy, Al-Raufaq offers the following payment options:
- Cash on Delivery (COD): Available for orders within Pakistan.
- Online Transfers: Payments can be made via JazzCash or bank transfer.
All prices on the Al-Raufaq website are in Pakistani Rupees (PKR) and apply to domestic customers. For international customers, prices and shipping costs will be confirmed before order dispatch.
Product Authenticity:
Al-Raufaq guarantees 100% genuine products. All items are manufactured in-house, and the images displayed on our website are original. We do not use images from other brands or third-party sources. While we make every effort to display product colors accurately, slight variations may occur due to screen settings.
Return & Exchange Policy:
Al-Raufaq does not accept returns or exchanges for its products. This policy is in place to ensure the quality, safety, and hygiene of every item.
